Welcome to the EVL Founding Bar Society — a limited membership experience created by Enter Via Laundry for guests who wish to explore the EVL Bar world through seasonal tastings, curated experiences and members-only access.

By purchasing or using an EVL Founding Bar Society Membership (“Membership”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Membership Overview

The EVL Founding Bar Society is a limited annual membership program offered by Enter Via Laundry (“EVL”).

Membership includes:

• annual EVL Bar beverage credit
• quarterly members-only beverage tasting access
• EVL Passport participation
• Founding Member recognition
• celebration booking benefits
• access to selected EVL member experiences

Memberships are limited and subject to availability.

2. Membership Fee & Validity

• Membership fee is AUD $179 inclusive of GST.
• Membership is valid for 12 months from the activation date.
• Membership fees are non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law.
• Memberships are non-transferable and may not be resold.

3. Membership Eligibility

• Members must be aged 18 years or older.
• Valid photo identification may be requested.
• EVL reserves the right to approve or decline memberships at its discretion.

4. $150 Annual EVL Bar Beverage Credit

Members receive:

• AUD $150 annual beverage credit redeemable only at the EVL Bar.

Conditions:

• beverage credit may only be used on approved beverages
• beverage credit cannot be used for food, merchandise, gift cards or private events
• beverage credit has no cash value
• unused credit expires at the end of the membership period
• unused credit does not roll over

All beverage credit usage is tracked digitally through the EVL Society system.

5. EVL Passport

Members receive:

• an EVL branded printed passport
• Founding Member numbering
• access to physical passport stamps during qualifying EVL experiences

Passport stamps may be earned through:

• quarterly members-only beverage tastings
• selected seasonal EVL Bar experiences

Lost or damaged passports may incur replacement fees.

Fraudulent use or reproduction of passport stamps may result in membership cancellation.

6. Founding Member Status

Founding Members receive:

• official “Founding Member 2026” recognition
• priority renewal access
• invitation to the annual Founders Event
• priority access to future EVL launches and selected experiences

Founding Member status applies only to approved Founding Members during the initial launch period.

7. Early Access & Member Communications

Members receive early access notifications regarding:

• menu changes
• seasonal beverage launches
• EVL Bar events
• members-only tasting sessions
• selected collaborations and announcements

Communications are delivered primarily via email.

8. Celebration Experience

Each Membership includes:

• one annual celebration booking benefit
• 10% off total food bill (Drinks do not qualify for discount)
• 1 Celebratory Beverage for the person celebrating Birthday and 1 drink each for couples celebrating anniversaries (Beverage type house pick)
• valid for up to 10 guests

Conditions:

• valid once per membership period
• applicable for birthday OR anniversary celebrations
• booking must be made in advance
• member must attend the booking
• cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless approved by EVL

Exclusions:

• gratuities
• merchandise
• gift cards
• external ticketed events

9. Quarterly Members-Only Beverage Tastings

Quarterly members-only events are ticketed experiences. Membership provides exclusive priority access to purchase tickets before they are made available to the general public. Ticket pricing will be communicated to members in advance of each event.

Members may receive access to purchase tickets for:

• quarterly members-only beverage tasting sessions
• seasonal cocktail tastings
• curated EVL Bar tasting experiences

Selected tasting experiences may include:

• tasting pours
• seasonal bar snacks
• tasting accompaniments
• small paired bites

Attendance at qualifying tastings may earn an official EVL Passport stamp.

All events are subject to:

• availability
• venue capacity
• operational requirements
• Victorian liquor licensing laws

10. Guest Ticket — Plus One Policy

Members may purchase a guest ticket in advance to bring a plus one to any qualifying members-only event.

Conditions:

• guest tickets must be purchased in advance by the member
• the member must be present at the event — guest tickets are not valid without the member attending
• guest tickets are subject to availability and venue capacity
• guest tickets are charged at the applicable event ticket price
• guest tickets have no cash value and are non-transferable
• EVL reserves the right to limit guest ticket availability per event

The member is responsible for the conduct of their guest at all EVL events and venues.

11. Passport Completion Reward

Members who complete four qualifying quarterly passport stamps may unlock:

• The Gold Fifth Stamp
• invitation to the annual EVL Society Night
• one secret cocktail unlocked for the following season

Completion rewards:

• are non-transferable
• have no cash value
• may not be exchanged for cash or alternative products

12. Responsible Service of Alcohol

EVL complies with all Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) obligations.

EVL reserves the right to:

• refuse alcohol service
• refuse entry
• remove guests from events

where required by law or for the safety and comfort of guests and staff.

Participation in tastings and alcohol service is always subject to RSA requirements.

13. Privacy & Data Collection

By joining the EVL Founding Bar Society, members consent to EVL collecting and storing relevant information including:

• name
• contact details
• birthday/month
• booking history
• membership activity
• event attendance
• beverage preferences
• dietary requirements or allergies (where voluntarily provided)

Information is collected for:

• membership administration
• reservation management
• event communication
• customer experience improvement

EVL handles personal information in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.

Members may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

14. Membership Misuse & Termination

EVL reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships where:

• fraudulent activity occurs
• membership benefits are abused
• membership is shared or resold
• inappropriate conduct toward staff or guests occurs

No refund will apply where membership is terminated for misconduct or misuse.

15. Event Changes & Operational Adjustments

EVL reserves the right to:

• modify event formats
• change tasting schedules
• substitute products or offerings
• cancel or reschedule events where required

Reasonable efforts will be made to notify members of significant changes.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• EVL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss
• EVL is not responsible for lost or stolen passports
• EVL is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances outside reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
