In August We are deep diving into hyper regional Bhartiya/Hindustani (Indian) cuisine and its evolution and adaptation to this lands native and seasonal produce. For this season expect a seafood heavy Bengali cuisine and its evolution journey served up on a plate.

September onward we are heading to our new destination Jannat-e-Firdaus Kashmir!

From the region known as the heaven on earth we are bringing a Wazwan experience to Melbourne. Showcasing traditional cooking techniques from the valley along with beautiful Australian produce this menu is a celebration of diversity and evolution of Indian cuisine.

On menu – lotus roots, warrigal greens, saffron, sandalwood nuts, fennel, morels (seasonal), lamb, radish, rose petals, davidson plum, myrtle, aged basmati, black cardamom, pine, oca (seasonal), beans, kohlrabi and more……

CANCELLATION POLICY
7 days notice of cancellation or change of date is required, in which case notice before this period warrants a full refund. All changes will be subject to availability. Payment is non-refundable in the case of a cancellation or reduction in the number of guests dining for notice less than 7 days. Failure to meet this cancellation policy will incur a cancellation fee of the full menu price for your reservation.

This cancellation policy holds for cancellations related to COVID and/or other illnesses. Guests will be given an option to reschedule to a later rescheduling date* to avoid cancellation charges.

Bookings cancelled within 7 days of your booking cannot be refunded, regardless of reason.

*RESCHEDULING DATES
Bookings that are cancelled within a notice period of less than 7 days of the booking will be given an option to reschedule to a later date. These rescheduled dates are selected days reserved for late cancellation rescheduling. They may not be similar to available dates visible online.

DIETARY INFORMATION
Our current menu has fish, meat, dairy, nuts and gluten allergens. Please make a selection for preferred dietary requirements for each person while making the bookings. We can cater for vegetarian, gluten free, nut free and pregnancy safe diets. We are unable to cater a vegan or low fod map diet as dairy, onions and grains are essential to maintain the authenticity of the menu. Please get in touch via email if you have requirements not listed on the website.

DINING WITH KIDS
Children are welcome. Please note we serve the same set menu of $210 per person to kids and reservation for a meal is required for children more than 12months old. High Chairs and prams are unable to fit our smallish venue. A minimum of 3 hours should be allocated to dining experience.
